EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

 

 

EXCHANGE GOODS

You can request an exchange for a product by writing an email to info@thebabymonkeycy.com. Please state all relevant details in your email, including the reason for returning the product ,your name and telephone number. We accept exchanges for a period of 14 days from when you receive the order as long as the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and have not been used. Items should be returned to the dedicated address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for all delivery costs. Items on sale can be exchanged.

REFUND GOODS

As a consumer, you have the right to request a refund for your purchased goods. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund and return the goods to our premises. You can send an e-mail to info@thebabymonkeycy.com.
All delivery costs must be covered by you. If your return item is not received in the original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction in your refund.
We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item. It is not possible to get the refund credited to another debit/credit card account than originally used - even if the item was received as a gift.
Gift cards will not be refunded.

 

COMPLAINTS & FAULTY GOODS
At The Baby Monkey we do our very best to ensure that all products are of top quality and in perfect condition that is why all products are carefully checked before delivery. In the extreme case where there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us immediately at info@thebabymonkeycy.com. If your request concerns a faulty item please attach a photo for us to review.
